But, to enjoy all of these, your pool needs crystal clear pool water.

Keeping a pool clean is both time-consuming and costly. Having balanced pool water is vital for keeping algae in check. Most importantly, a clean pool must provide a safe environment for swimmers, especially kids.

With hectic, busy lives, homeowners struggle to find time for maintaining their pools. EastCoast Pool Care is here to provide you with ongoing swimming pool maintenance services at cost-friendly prices.

Our Reviews

Pool Water

Keeping your pool water clear, clean, and balanced protects your family from common pool pollutants and contaminants. Balancing pool water is a tricky business as you need to know exactly how much and which chemicals to use. When these chemicals are used correctly, they will last for a long time.

Balanced pool water will help you avoid expensive equipment repairs due to mineral build-up or corrosion. Also, your pool will last longer.

Our pool technicians know how to balance chemicals in pool water:

  • Alkalinity – 80 to 120 ppm is the ideal range

  • pH level – 7.4 to 7.6

  • calcium hardness – 200 to 400 ppm

  • sanitizer – 3 ppm (chlorine)

  • Dissolved solids – Less than 2,000 ppm

  • Shock the pool

  • Test the pool water

Pool Finish (Surface and Walls)

The walls of your pool are always in contact with pool water and everything that enters it. Algae is a one-celled plant that typically grows in pool water, and there are more than 20,000 varieties of this plant. Usually, we think of algae as green slime, but it comes in myriad colors. This plant grows on damp surfaces with very little or no circulation of air. When algae settles in an area that is damp and does not get a lot of sunlight, it proliferates. These plants must be removed, so these unwanted materials do not float in the water when you are taking a swim. If you ignore the growth of algae, debris, or mold on your pool's surface and walls, the quality of your pool finish will deteriorate. So, it is essential to clean all of this regularly to maintain a clean-looking, healthy swimming pool.

Pool Filter System

The pool filtration of your swimming pool contains both the filter and the pool pump. The pump draws water and circulates it, and the pool filter clears all the dirt and contaminants from the water. Our pool experts keep your pool filtration system in top-notch shape to efficiently purify the water in your swimming pool.

Pool Skimmers and Returns

Swimming pool skimmers pull water inside the filters for cleaning, and the returns push the filtered water back into the pool. The skimmers are specifically designed to capture waste or debris before it sinks to the pool's bottom. At EastCoast Pool Care, we supply a wide range of pool skimmers made of UV-resistant, heavy-duty ABS plastic. These skimmers are durable and a long-lasting product for your swimming pool.
